摘要 本文研究了加入添加剂CeO2和MgO对矾土基莫来石均质料烧结性能的影响,测定了烧结试样的相组成和荷重软化温度,并观察其显微结构。结果表明,复合加入添加剂CeO2/MgO比单独加入CeO2或MgO促进烧结的效果要好,比例为1∶1、加入量为0.75%时,可使Al2O3含量为68%~72%和58%~62%的试样烧结温度从1700℃和1650℃降至1600℃,而且体积密度也从2.75g/cm3和2.66g/cm3分别提高至2.81g/cm3和2.74g/cm3以上;同时保持均质料较高的高温强度,其原因是发育良好的棱柱状莫来石构成交错连锁的网络结构。 The effects of additions CeO2 and MgO on the sintering properties of bauxite-based homogenized mullite grogs have been investigated and phase constitutes, refractoriness-under-load and microstructure of sintered specimens have been examined. It is found that simultaneous addition of CeO2 and MgO is more effective than addition of CeO2 or MgO alone in promoting sintering. With 0.75% simultaneous addition of CeO2 and MgO and CeO2/MgO ratio of 1:1, the sintering temperature of specimens with 68%-72% Al2O3 and 58%-62% Al2O3 would be decreased respectively from 1700℃ and 1 650℃ to 1 600℃, and that bulk density of specimens increased from 2.75g/cm^3 and 2.66g/cm^3 to above 2.81 g/cm^3 and 2.74g/cm^3. Simultaneity retaining upper hot strength properties. This is because its microstructure is characterised by continuous interlocking network structure of well-developed prismatic mullite crystals.
