摘要
制备了一种新型聚酯纤维低聚物去除剂TF-205,分别将其与低聚物去除剂WA和匀染剂TF-215进行同浴染色,比较了WA和TF-215对低聚物去除效果、染料高温分散性能、织物得色深度和手感的影响。试验结果表明,新型低聚物去除剂可与染色助剂同浴使用;能去除大部分低聚物;可以提高染料高温分散性;不影响织物得色;还可赋予织物滑爽的手感。
A new type of oligomer inhibitor TF-205 was prepared. Oligomer inhibitor could be used with other dyeing auxiliaries in one bath, and could eliminate most of the oligomer. It could improve the dispersibility of dyestuff at high temperature without affecting dyeing. In addition, it could improve the lubricity hand of the polyester fiber.
