摘要
论述了阀门由传统的铸造阀门改为焊接阀门后，根据产品结构特点，设计研制了三台数控自动焊接机床．在焊接工艺试验研究基础上，实现了联结体的环缝、阀体与间杆座的马鞍形焊缝、联接体与间体的环角焊缝的数控ＭＡＧ焊接．产品经检验，完全满足使用性能要求．
his paper diocusses in detail the changes from casting valve to welding valve. According to the structural features, three NC welding machine tools are designed and manufactured. On the basis of the test of welding process, the girth weld, saddle weld and girth-fileet weld NC MAG welding are realized.The products examined fully satisfy the need of quality.
