摘要
采用氮气吸附法通过ASAP2010型比表面积、孔径分布仪测定了提取姜辣素后剩余姜渣的孔径分布及比表面积特征,结合吸附理论对姜渣用于分离纯化姜辣素的可行性进行了分析探讨,用姜渣分离得到了性能优良的姜辣素。
The pore diameter and specific surface area of ginger residue have been measured with N2 adsorption method. The feasibility of refining gingerols by using ginger residue has been discussed in the light of adsorption theory. Excellent ginger oleoresin has been obtained from curcumin oil.
