详细论述了用丙烯酸和十二醇马来酸单酯对废旧皮革胶原多肽进行接枝改性,研制一种蛋白复鞣填充剂,确定的最优工艺方案如下:胶原多肽:单体为1:4~1:2,软性单体:丙烯酸≤1:4,过硫酸钾用量1%~3%,反应温度80~88℃,加料时间1.5~2.0h,保温时间2.0~2.5h。并对该蛋白复鞣填充剂做了应用对比试验,证明该蛋白复鞣填充剂具有优良的填充性和选择填充性。
A retanning - filling agent was prepared by using acrylic acid and dodecyl monomaleate to modify collagen peptide extracted from leather waste. And the optimal technology is as follows : collagen protein: acrylic monomer = 1 : 4 - 1 : 2, the soft monomer: acrylic monomer = 1: 4, potassium persulfate is 1% - 3%, the temperature is 80 - 88℃, the monomers should be added during 1.5 -2.5h and keep the constant temperature for 2 -2.5h. And the application of the KFC retanning- filling agent in leather manufacturing was carried out. It shows that it has a good filling effect and a selective filling property.
