摘要
企业应依法编制应急预案,以指导企业应急工作。本文结合目前企业应急预案存在的问题,探讨和分析应急预案结构框架设计、预案的应急指挥系统设计,指出预案编制中危险分析和应急职能划分等重点,使应急预案具有可操作性,为企业编制应急预案提供参考。
According to safety law, enterprises must draft emergency plan for various potential major hazards. Considering deficiencies of enterprises＇ emergency plan, this article offers references for enterprises to design types of emergency plan and emergency command. It also specifies risk assessment and distribution of emergency function in the course of emergency planning.
