分子标记在小麦抗赤霉病辅助育种中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 本研究探讨了与小麦抗赤霉病QTL紧密连锁的SSR标记Xbarc 133、Xgwm 493、Xgwm 533 a在育种早代材料中辅助选择的有效性。结果显示:虽然不同的育种世代具有最高选择效率的标记或标记组合不一样,但是Xbarc 133、Xgwm 493、Xgwm 533 a三标记一起的选择效率在F3和F4的筛选中均较高。建议小麦的抗赤霉病分子标记辅助育种选用Xbarc 133、Xgwm 493、Xgwm 533 a三标记一起进行筛选。 In this experiment the validity of SSR markers Xbarc 133, Xgwm 493, Xgwm 533a and their combinations in the molecular marker assisted selection in Fusarium head blight resistance breeding in wheat was studied. The result was as follows:the marker or marker combination having the highest selective efficiency was different in different breeding generation, but the combination of the above three SSR markers showed relatively high efficiency of selection in all generations. It is suggested that the combination of SSR markers Xbarc 133, Xgwm 493, Xgwm 533a be used in the Fusarium head blight resistance breeding in wheat.
