摘要 目的:对健康者及肾功能异常患者的尿液进行半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(Cystatin C)及β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)分析,从而评价患者的肾小管功能。方法:采用Cystatin C检测仪及尿肾谱分析仪检测50例正常人及73例肾脏疾病患者尿液中的Cystatin C及β2-MG的含量,同时对检测结果进行分析。结果:肾小管损伤的患者尿液中的Cystatin C及β2-MG的含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:检测尿液中的Cystatin C及β2-M G的含量对评价肾小管功能具有重要的临床意义,是临床上诊断肾小管损伤的科学依据。 Objective: To evaluate the function of renal tubules by analyzing Cystatin C and β2-MG in urine of the patients with abnormal renal function and the healthy. Methods: Cystatin C and β2-MG were determined in urine of the patients with renal disease group and normal group by Cystatin C analyzer and urinary renal disease analyzer. Results: The levels of Cystatin C and β2-MG in urine of the patients with renal disease group were significantly increased (P〈0.01). Conclusion: It was of important clinical significance to determine the levels of Cystatin C and β2-MG in urine which provids, scientific evidences for diagnosing renal tubules damage.
