摘要
激励理论在西方是一种较成熟的理论,广泛应用于企业、政府机构和教育。针对我国高校教师薪酬制度现状,分析了其在激励性方面存在的利弊。进而提出完善高校薪酬制度的几个方面,更好地稳定和吸引优秀人才,激发教师积极性,提高教学质量和科研水平。
Motivation theory is a quite mutual theory in the West, broadly applied in the enterprises, the governmenl and the educational system. Based on the current situation of the salary system in college, we analyses its present advantages and disadvantages in use. As a result, we puts forward several aspects to improve the salary system in college, and hence it can keep and attract talents, make teachers more active and enhance the teaching quality as well as the level of scientific research.
