摘要
由于长期受计划体制的影响,我国医学科研管理体制滞后于医学的发展,在科研成果的申报、鉴定、评奖等方面,存在很多不合理的地方,本文就目前医学科研管理过程中存在的问题,提出改进的对策。
Due to the long - term influence of planned structure, the medical research management lags behind the medical development in our country. There are quite a number of irrationalities in the application, evaluation and appraisal of research achievements. This paper puts forward some measures to the problems in medical research management.
