彩色多普勒超声在诊断体表淋巴管瘤中的价值

High Frequency Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Superficial Lymphangioma

目的探讨彩超在诊断体表淋巴管瘤中的应用价值。方法分析15例经手术和病理证实为体表淋巴管瘤的高频率彩超表现。结果15例中,8例位于皮肤浅层,表面呈小点状回声突起,2例表面覆有增厚的强回声结构,切面呈海绵状,5例囊壁呈完整光滑的线状回声,囊中可见分隔,内为无回声区。囊肿内及周边无血流信号。结论高频率彩超敏感性高,是诊断体表淋巴管瘤的首选检查方法。

Objective To discuss the application value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of superficial lymphangioma. Methods Superficial lymphangioma proved by operation and pathology in 15 cases were analysed with high frequency color Doppler ultrasound. Results In 8 cases, the lesions located at the skin superficial layer with the surface appearing protruded small dot-like echoes. In 2 cases, thick and strong echoic structures covered on the surface and sponge-like echoes showed on cross sections, In 5 cases, cystic walls looked intact and smooth thread-like echoic with septa without echoes in the cysts. No blood flow was present in the inner and peripheral of the cysts. Conclusions The sensitivity of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound is very high. Thus, it is the first choice method in the diagnosis of superficial lymphangioma.
