摘要
本文介绍了板式橡胶支座的特点及其内部橡胶层的应力分布情况,根据撕裂能理论说明了橡胶支座内损伤的萌生机理和现象,提出了橡胶支座的临界疲劳损伤应力和强度储备的概念,并针对影响板式橡胶支座耐久性的各因素提出了防治对策。
Thls paper introduced the characteristics of elastomeric pad hearing and stress distributing of internal rubber layer.According to the tear energy theory,the damage mechanism inside rubber and phenomenon are ananlysed, the critical fatigue stress of elastomeric bearing and the concept of the strength storage are also put forward.Based on the analysis of the durability influence factors, it puts forward the prevention method.
