摘要
目的了解河北省农村人群肠道蠕虫的感染现状,为今后寄生虫病的防治提供科学依据。方法选择6个县15个1990年全国人体寄生虫分布调查中签点,按照《全国人体重要寄生虫病现状调查方案和实施细则》的要求和方法,于2002年进行人体肠道蠕虫感染状况的调查。结果15个调查点粪检7 316人,共检出5种肠道蠕虫虫卵,其中蛔虫感染117例,感染率1.60%;鞭虫感染7例,感染率0.10%;钩虫感染4例,感染率0.05%;东方毛圆线虫感染3例,感染率0.04%;粪便检出蛲虫卵4例。采用透明胶纸肛拭法检查683名12岁以下儿童,检出蛲虫感染134例,感染率19.62%。结论本次调查结果与第一次人体寄生虫分布调查相比,蛔虫感染率下降幅度最大,下降了94.97%,鞭虫和钩虫也有较大幅度下降,但12岁以下儿童蛲虫感染率仍为19.62%,仅下降了26.43%,说明目前河北省12岁以下儿童蛲虫感染仍然比较严重,今后应加强儿童的蛲虫病防治工作。
Objective To investigate the human infection of intestinal helminth in rural district of Hebei Province, and provide a scientific basis for making out measures of controlling parasitic infection. Methods 15 spots of 6 counties which had been selected in National investigation in 1990 were selected in current program, which is carried out in 2002 according to the unified requirements and standardized methods in the nationwide. Results All feces samples of 7 316 persons in 15 spots were examined by modified Kato-Katz thick smear method, and 5 species of intestinal helminth eggs were detected. Among them, there were 117 cases of Ascaris lumbricoides and the infection rate was 1.60%, 7 cases of Trichuris trichiura and the infection rate was 0.10 %, 4 cases of Ancylostomatidae and the infection rate was 0.05 %, 3 cases of Trichostrongylus orientalis and the infection rate was 0.04% In addition, 4 cases of Enterobius vermicularis were found in the population. 683 children under 12 years of age were examined by cellophane tape swab technique, 134 of them were positive, and the infection rate was 19.62%. Conclusion Compared with the results of the first national investigation on distribution of human parasites, the infection rate of A. lumbricoides decreases mostly, its reduction rate was 94.97%. The infection rates of T. trichura and Ancylostomatidae were also greatly decreased. But the infection rate of E. vermicularis in children under 12 years of age was still 19. 62%, it is only decreased by 26. 43%. The results shows that infection of E. vermicularis is still serious, prevention and control should be strengthened in future.
