完善高职实训教学体系的对策

Countermeasures for Constructing the Practice Teaching System in Higher Vocational Education

针对高职实训教学重理论、轻实践、实训内容陈旧、实训方法落后等问题，从制定实训教学计划建立健全实训考核体系、加强实训指导教师和学生的管理、加强实训实习基地建设、加强实训教师队伍建设等方面，对如何构建新型、合理的高职实训教学体系进行了探讨。

Aiming at the problems of tent and method, this article studies stressing too much on theory, despising on establishing a new, rational teaching practice, out- dated training consystem in higher vocational education from making practice teaching plans, constructing and improving practice teaching assessment system, strengthening the administration of teachers and students, enhancing the establishment of practice base and improving the construction of teaching staff.
