我国职业资格证书制度的生成与变革

自20世纪90年代以来,我国逐步建立了职业资格证书制度,并使之成为我国劳动就业制度的重要组成部分。我国的职业资格证书制度是在一定的经济与社会背景下生成的,并有一定的法律法规依据。但是,从目前的情况来看,我国的职业资格证书制度存在一些现实问题,例如,职业资格证书的社会地位、社会化程度与普及率不高,与学历文凭缺乏实质的沟通,相关法律法规也有待进一步完善。这些问题意味着我国职业资格证书制度某种变革的可能。
