摘要
目前,测定铁、铜、锌、镁、钙5种金属元素的方法有原子吸收分光光度法I、CP—AES法、容量法、分光光度法等,其中分光光度测定方法因其简便、快速、准确、不需特殊仪器而具有推广和普及的价值。根据近年国内外有关文献的报道,就铁、铜、锌、钙、镁5种金属元素的分光光度测定方法的研究现状进行概述。
Currently, the determinational methods of five trace elements that are iron, copper, zinc, magnesium, calcium in traditional Chinese medicines, vegetables and food etc., contain atomic absorption spetrophometry, inductively coupled atomic emission spectrometry, capacity method, spectrophotometry etc. Among them, spectrophotometry has the value to be expanded and universally used because it is simple, rapid, accurate and dosen' t need expensive instrument. According to the relative reports both in the domestic and abroad, this article is an overview of determinatiion of this five trace elements by spectrophotometry.
