摘要
介绍了紫瑞CAE2.0软件有限元分析模型的前处理。在此基础上,对不同法向模数、螺旋角和齿数的双圆弧齿轮,利用有限单元法计算出轮齿的齿根应力,研究上述各个因素对ZY-1型硬齿面双圆弧齿轮弯曲强度的影响,得出一些结论。
The preprocess of finite element method analyse model in ZiRui CAE2.0 software is introduced.On this basis,the tooth root stress is calculated by finite element method for different normal modulus,helix angle and number of teeth,then the affection of above factors on bending strength of ZY-1 model hardened tooth surface double-circular-arc gear is studied and some results are obtained.
