摘要
将化学复合镀和表面涂敷技术相结合,制备了(N i-M o-P)-PPS(聚苯硫醚)镀层及涂敷处理的五种复合材料;对各种材料的形貌进行观察,并对各种涂层的性能进行分析。结果表明,镀层表面带有涂层时的耐蚀性远优于化学镀层;10%PPS+90%E-88(XT)(国外环氧基涂料)可以作为E-88(XT)涂料的替代材料。
Composte coatings of (Ni-Mo-P)-PPS (polyphenylene thioether) were prepared by electroless plating technique, and the composite coatings were coated with five different paints respectively as the test specimens. Morphology and properties of the different composite material specimens were observed and investigated. The results show that corrosion resistances of specimens of (Ni-Mo-P)-PPS coated with different paints are much better than that of specimen with (Ni-Mo-P)-PPS coating alone. [10% PPS+90% E-88(XT) epoxy paint](FHT3) can be used as a substitute for the E-88(XT) epoxy paint (GWT).
