米糠多糖对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用研究 被引量:16

摘要 采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱发实验性糖尿病动物模型,研究米糠多糖对糖尿病小鼠的降糖效果以及对其肝脏抗氧化功能的影响。试验结果表明,与糖尿病模型组比较,中、高剂量的米糠多糖能显著降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平(P<0.05),明显改善其葡萄糖耐量(P<0.05),显著提高肝脏SOD、GSH-Px活性(P<0.05),并能明显降低肝脏中MDA含量(P<0.05)。 The experimental purpose is to study the hypoglycemic effect and liver antioxidation of rice bran polysaccharides on diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin (STZ). As showing in the study result, compared with the diabetic model group, rice bran polysaccharides at high and middle concentrations reduce the level of serum glucose significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) , increase the capability of glucose tolerance obviously ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and significantly enhance SOD and GSH - Px activity of liver ( P 〈 0.05) in the diabetic mice. Rice bran polysaccharides at high concentration also reduce the contents of MDA in liver of the diabetic mice significantly( P 〈0.05).
