摘要 目的研究集体心理治疗对医学院学生社交焦虑和自尊的干预效果,以寻求改善医学生社交焦虑和自尊的途径。方法采用社交回避与苦恼量表(SAD)对河南某一医学院的学生进行问卷调查。结果36例学生经集体心理治疗8周后,SAD总分为12.12±4.59,低于治疗前的19.37±5.32(P<0.01);焦虑分量表分为4.54±2.43,低于治疗前的9.31±3.37(P<0.01);回避分量表分7.26±2.65,低于治疗前的10.16±3.45(P<0.01);交往焦虑量表分为36.48±6.87,低于治疗前的54.94±7.42(P<0.01);自尊量表(SES)评分在团体治疗后为33.96±4.58,高于治疗前的27.82±4.47(P<0.01)。结论集体心理治疗对社交焦虑和自尊水平有改善作用。 Objective To study the effects of group psychotherapy on social anxiety and self- esteem of medical college students, and to find the way to improve their social anxiety and self- esteem status. Methods The questionnaire investigation was carried out on 36 medical college students with social anxiety in Henan Province, who were intervened by group psychotherapy. Before and after the intervention, SAD and SES were adopted to evaluate the intervention impacts. Results Before and after group psychotherapy of 8 weeks, total SAD scores were 19.37 ± 5.32 and 12.12 ± 4.59 ( P 〈 0.01 )respectively; anxiety subscale scores 9.31 ± 3.37 and 4.54 ± 2.43 ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; avoidance subscale scores 10.16 ± 3.45 and 7.26 ± 2.65 ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; communication anxiety scale scores 54.94 ± 7.42 and 36.48 ± 6.87( P 〈 0.01 ) ; self - esteem scale scores 27.82 ± 4.47 and 33.96 ± 4.58(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Group psychotherapy can improve medical college students' social ability and self esteem.
