摘要 研究猪血对实验性高血脂大鼠血脂含量的影响。以3月龄的雌性SD大鼠为实验对象随机分为4组:空白对照组、高脂饲养组、猪血沉淀组、猪血浸出液组。实验开始后每隔10 d对大鼠断尾取血测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及动物体重变化。结果显示:与高脂对照组比较,猪血沉淀组与猪血浸出液组大鼠的血清TC、TG含量均显著的降低(P<0.05),并且体重明显降低。实验结果表明饲喂猪血能够显著预防实验大鼠血清TC、TG含量的升高。 The paper studies the effects of pig blood on experimental rats with hyerlipidemia. Method:Rats were randomly divided into four groups : Ⅰ, control group ; Ⅱ, high-fat diet ;Ⅲ, pig blood insoluble residue ; Ⅳ, pig blood extract. Group Ⅲ fed high-fat diet added pig blood insoluble residue. Group Ⅳ fed high-fat diet and drink pig blood extract instead of water. Total serum cholesterol ( TC), total triglyeride (TG) were determined after 10 days, 20 days, and the weight of the rats were weighed up every 4 days. Result:The concentrations of TC, TG in serum of Group Ⅲ and Ⅳ were decreased significantly compared with Group Ⅱ (P 〈 0.05 ), and the weight of the rat was obviously decreased in the meantime. Conclusion:pig blood has potential possibility to be used as natural food for preventing the blood lipid raising.
