摘要
就乙醛、甲醇、乙醇、水和异戊醇五元物系,对两塔式酒精蒸馏进行模拟计算,得出塔内的浓度分布。进而通过改变操作条件,着重探讨了甲醇和异戊醇的排除问题。计算结果表明:降低成品侧线位置,能使产品中甲醇含量减少;甲醇含量最低的成品侧线位置,在精馏塔回流入口以下第十三块理论板左右;此外,减少精馏塔分凝器的蒸汽冷凝率,也有利于甲醇的排除;只要异戊醇取出侧线位置合适。
The alcohal distillation process in two towers, dealing with a five-component system, is studied by numerical simulation. The concentration profile inside the towers can be visualized. The removal of methanol and isopentanol is explored by changing the operation conditions. It shows that the content of methanol in the product can be reduced by lowering the side-line position of the product. The side-line position, at which in methanol content is smallest, is located somewhere about fourteenth theoretical plate under reflux inlet of retifying tower. Moreover to reduce the percentage of vapor condensation in the partial condensers, is also profitable for removing methanol. ordinarily, the quality of product is not influenced by the isopentanol, provided the side-kine posi-tion draining it away is suitable.
