摘要
介绍了新型搅拌磨CGM60-B锥摆式搅拌磨的工作原理和主要结构。与普通搅拌磨相比,该机由于搅拌锥周期性的偏摆,增加了对物料的挤压、剪切和磨损使其磨粉效率大为提高,同时,与同等容积的搅拌磨相比,具有较大的输出功率,另外该机采用独特的中心冷却方式,其效果要比外层冷却好得多。
The working principle and main structure of a new stirred mill-CGM60 - B Conical Swing Grinding Mill is presented in this article. Compared with common stirred mills, as the stirring cone periodically swings to enhance squeeze, shear and abrasion to materials the grinding efficiency of this machine was increased. Meanwhile, compared with stirred mills of equivalent cubage it possessed higher output power. Furthermore, with unique cooling methods that cooling water flowed through the center, the effect was better than that cooling water flowed outside.
