The Application of Overall Safety Management in the Examining of Devices

针对大型石油化工装置检修施工条件复杂,交叉作业环节多,施工队伍素质参差不齐、稍有不慎就会酿成事故的特点,从消灭事故的成因出发,提出了检修的全面安全管理方法,从根本上消除人的不安全行为,设备的不安全状态,作业环境的变化导致施工条件不具备及安全管理的缺陷。

Beginning from eliminating the contributing factors of accidents, some overall safety management methods in examining are raised according to the special problems existed in the examining of large size petroleum and chemical devices, such as the complexity of construction condition, plenty of working links and different quality of construction team, which can basically wipe out the unsafe behavior of human, unsafe condition of equipment and the defects of construction condition resulting from the change of working environment and safety management.
