摘要
索风营水电站大坝最大坝高115.8m,730~755m高程的坝体为全断面外掺MgO微膨胀碾压混凝土重力坝,采用左、右块全断面通仓薄层连续交替上升施工工艺浇筑。目前,国内其他工程只是在基础垫层强约束区常态混凝土中外掺膨胀剂或者MgO,故索风营水电站大坝在全断面碾压混凝土中外掺MgO还是首例。利用MgO微膨胀混凝土的延迟膨胀性来调整混凝土的自生体积变形,能补偿坝体混凝土的一部分温度变形,从而达到防止混凝土收缩裂缝的目的。外掺MgO混凝土浇筑的关键技术是使其操作简单又掺得均匀,做到了就能防止大坝裂缝的产生,保证工程质量。
The height of dam of Suofengying Hydropower Station is 115. 8 m, the dam body above elevation 730 -755 m is gravity dam mixing MgO in full section and it is firs dam mixing MgO in full section in China. Micro-expansion of concrete mixing with MgO can compensate a part of shrinkage deformation of dam concrete resulting in preventing dam body from cracking. The article introduces construction process of mixing MgO.
