摘要
索风营水电站工程地下厂房岩锚梁混凝土浇筑施工中,现场采取了加强养护、推迟拆模时间、选用水化热较低的水泥并校正配合比、降低混凝土入仓温度,以及缩短分块长度和浇筑仓内预埋冷却水管等一系列控制和预防混凝土裂缝的措施,取得了良好的效果。实践证明,只要采取合理可行的控制与防范措施,混凝土的温度裂缝是完全可以减少甚至避免的。
In the placement construction of concrete for the beam anchored on rock of underground powerhouse of the project, some measures controlling, and preventing concrete from cracking were adopted in site, such as strengthening curing, delaying time of stripping form, selecting cement with low hydration heat and adjusting mix proportion, cutting down the go-downing temperature of concrete, reducing length of blocking, pre-embedded cool- ing water pipe in the body. The practice had proved that these measures were effective.
