助学贷款信用风险问题及对策

Credit Venture Problems and Countermeasures of Student Loan

随着高等教育体制改革和高校扩大招生规模,高等教育收费制度也在相应改革。学生学费和生活费个人负担的比重越来越高,这对于家庭经济相对困难,特别是来自农村的经济困难的学生来说,就成为一个迫切需要解决的现实问题。在这种情况下助学贷款应运而生,并逐渐得到了发展。但各种潜在的矛盾和问题也逐渐暴露出来,其中信用成为助学贷款进一步发展的核心问题。本文对银行存在的风险和大学生信用状况进行了分析,并提出了解决措施。

The study is focused on the credit venture problems and countermeasures of student loan in China. Firstly the paper analyses function of student loan and its problems. Then the chapter puts forward some measures to low the venture of bank and improve the policy of student loan.
