摘要
黄连解毒汤提取物能明显降低酵母所致的大鼠体温升高;对二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀和醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性升高均有显著抑制作用;单次给予家免后能明显抑制实验性血栓形成和ADP诱导的血小板聚集,作用呈剂量依赖性。此外,黄连解毒汤提取物可明显延长小鼠断头后的喘气时间,并使急性脑缺血大鼠脑含水量和过氧化脂质显著降低,超氧化物歧化酶活力升高。
Huanglianjiedu Tang extract (500, 1000 mg/kg, ig) inhibited the increased body temperature of rats induced by yeast. It(3000 mg/kg×5d, ig) reduced both ear swelling-induced by xylene and increased peritoneal capillary permeasbility induced by ip 0. 7% acetic acid in mice. Single dose of Huanglianjiedu Tang extract (600, 1200,2400 mg/kg,ig) dose-dependently inhibited the experimental thrombosis induced by carotid arteriovenous shunt and the platelet aggregation induced by ADP in rabbits. Huanglianjiedu Tang extract (1500,3000,6000 mg/kg, ig) obviously prolonged the gasping duration of decapitated mice. Moreover, brain water content-, superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in acute forebrain ischemic rats induced by bilateral common carotid artery occlusion were also studied. The results showed that Huanglianjiedu Tang extract (1000,3000,3000 mg/kg, ig) increased SOD activity, and it decreased brain edema and MDA content.
