摘要 针对我们提出的动态控制元结构新理念,进行层次组合和并列结构扩展,并论证扩展后的系统的控制特性,从而使得所构建的整个系统能同时满足功能需求和控制需求。在上述设计思想基础上,以瓷砖分布式制造作为系统原型,选取设备单元为动态控制元结构,构建了整个系统,并用Matlab/stateflow对整个系统构建和运行全过程进行仿真,仿真结果验证了该理念的正确性和可行性。 Aiming at the dynamic control cell structure, the hierarchial combination and paratactic structure were extended, and the extended system's control characteristic was cited, accordlingly the constituted system was made to meet the function and control demands. Based on the above design ideas, the tile distributed manufacturing was used as system prototype, and then the equipment unit was chosen as dynamic control cell structure, and the whole system was constructed, and Matlab/stateflow was utilized to simulink the whole course of system constructure and running. The result of simulink tests the validity and feasibility of the new theory,
