摘要
火焰原子吸收光谱法对同一人体黑、白头发中微量元素Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn进行了测定,试验准确度高,相对标准偏差RSD不超过5.04%,回收率在96%~103%之间,结果显示,Cu、Mn缺乏可能是产生白发的重要原因。
The content of several kinds of trace elements Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn in black and white hair coming from the same man was simultaneously determinated by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The method of determination has high accuracy and the relative standard deviation is less than 5.04%, while the recoveries of standard addition were 96% - 103 %. The results show that the important reason of white hair engendered is possible lack of Cu and Mn in hair.
