摘要
通过芳香酮和芳香酯在强碱NaNH2条件下的Claisen缩合反应,合成了两种β-二酮类化合物1-(4-甲氧基苯基)-3-苯基-1,3-二酮与1-(4-甲氧基苯基)-3-(4-叔丁基苯基)-1,3-二酮,并通过元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱和核磁共振对其组成与结构进行了确证和表征。这两种β-二酮化合物在氯仿溶液中主要以烯醇形式存在,并在320~400nm的紫外光区具有强烈的特征吸收,故是一类良好的UV-A紫外线吸收剂。
Two UV-A ultraviolet absorbents: 1-(4-methoxy- phenyl)-3-phenylpropane-l,3-dione and 1-(4-tert-butylphenyl)- 3-(4-methoxyphenyl) propane-l, 3-dione were synthesized from aromatic ketone and ester by classical Claisen condensation using NaNH2 as strong alkali. Their compositions and structures were characterized by means of elemental analysis, UV, IR and 1HNMR.The results showed that two aromatic β-diketone compounds existed in the enol form in chloroform, and they were kinds of good UV-A ultraviolet absorbents in UV region from 320 to 400 nm.
