摘要
针对灌区多年动态数据,采用“纵横向”拉开档次法对灌区进行了动态综合评价。“纵横向”拉开档次法的权重系数由时序立体数据表所确定,是隐含了时间因素的综合权重,避免了某一时刻指标数据误差导致评价结果的失真,其综合评价结果更合理。运用该法对湖北省7个灌区1998-2003年的运行状况进行了动态综合评价。实际比较表明,“纵横向”拉开档次法不仅合理,且简单实用。
The “Vertical and Horizontal” scatter degree method was applied for dynamic comprehensive evaluation of irrigation scheme. In this method the weights was determined by the multi-dimensional time series data and hidden the influence of temporal factor, so it avoided the distortion of evaluation results when some data was error, and the evaluation results was more reasonable. The method was applied to the dynamic comprehensive evaluation of 7 large-size irrigation scheme in Hubei province, in which 8 indices from 1998 to 2003 was used. Compare with “Horizontal” scatter method shown “Vertical and Horizontal” scatter degree method was reasonable as well as easy to use.
