摘要
机床热误差是影响机床加工精度稳定性的最大误差源,因此减小热误差对提高机床的加工精度至关重要。本文综述了关于机床温度测点位置优化方法和热误差补偿建模的方法,并对几种方法进行了比较,阐述了各方法的优缺点。最后给出了运用其它方法来解决此类问题的思路。
The thermal error on machine tools is the biggest error source of effecting the stability of machining precision of machine tools, so it is vital to reduce the thermal error for increasing the machining precision. The methods about temperature measurement point optimization and establishing compensating model of thermal error were introduced and these methods were compared. And the advantage and disadvantage of them were expatiated. The prospect of using some other methods to resolve this kind of problem was given.
