摘要
考察了纳米碳酸钙(Nano-CaCO3)用量及表面处理剂对玻璃纤维增强聚苯硫醚(PPS/GF)复合材料冲击和弯曲性能的影响。结果发现,随着Nano-CaCO3质量分数的增加,试样的冲击强度和弯曲强度均有不同程度的提高;在相同条件下,经钛酸酯偶联剂处理的Nano-CaCO3填充PPS/GF体系的冲击强度和弯曲强度大多高于由硬脂酸处理的PPS/GF体系。
The Effects of the content of nano-meter CaCO3 (nano-CaCO3) and surface treatment agent on the impact and bending properties of glass fiber-reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS/GF) composites were studied. It was found that the impact strength and bending properties of the composites increased to a certain extent with the increase of the mass percentage of the nano-CaCO3 . Under the same conditions, the impact strength and bendingstrength of titanate coupler treated nano-CaCO3 filled PPS/GF systems were greater than those of stearic acid treated nano-CaCO3 filled PPS/GF systems.
