摘要
针对某种专用卸荷溢流阀在工程应用中经常出现的故障,提出故障键合图的概念,并基于此建立该阀在各种故障状况下的数学模型,用计算机仿真其动力学特性,从中提取故障特性参量,通过与实测数据的匹配分析实现故障诊断。理论分析和实验研究证明了数学模型的正确性和该诊断方法的可行性。
In consideration of a special purpose unloading relief valve's faults which often occur in engineering application, the concept of the fault bond graph was put forward, on the basis of which mathematical models under various faulty conditions were established. The valve's dynamic features were simulated, from which fault feature parameters were extracted. The fault diagnosis was accomplished by matching test data and the fault feature parameters. The correctness of the model and feasibility of the diagnosis method were verified by theoretical analysis and experimental results.
