摘要
儿童话语权兴衰的背后有着深层的知识论基础。知识的客观实在论导致儿童话语权的异化,知识的主动建构论带来儿童话语权的崛起。儿童话语权不仅是法律赋予的基本权利,也是儿童生命内在发展的需要。因此要通过课程实施保障儿童的话语权。
There is the deep epistemological base behind children' s right of discourse. Objective reality arguments of knowledge lead to the dissimilation of the children' s right of discourse, while subjective construction arguments of knowledge bring about its rising. Children' s right of discourse is not only a basic right entrusted by law, but also a need of children's inherent development. Children's right of discourse should be guaranteed by curriculum enforcement.
