摘要
目的:考察菟丝子品种及其寄主植物与菟丝子总黄酮含量的关系。方法:采用分光光度法测定不同寄主植物的菟丝子及南方菟丝子共19个样品的总黄酮含量,并用正交实验的方法研究比较了不同提取方法和提取条件对菟丝子总黄酮提取率的影响。结果:菟丝子的总黄酮含量为1.18%~2.32%,南方菟丝子的总黄酮含量为0.84%~1.64%。总黄酮含量与寄主植物有关。随种子成熟程度的增加,总黄酮含量增大。正交试验结果优选的提取条件是A1B2C1,即菟丝子药材0.5g,用甲醇提取2次,溶剂用量分别是50ml、40ml,提取时间分别是60min、30min。结论:菟丝子总黄酮含量高于南方菟丝子。大豆、黄芩、达呼里胡枝子、绿豆等植物是菟丝子及南方菟丝子较好的寄主植物。优选的提取方法稳定、可靠、简捷,提取效率高。
Objective: To explore the interrelation among variety, host and content of total flavonid in dodders. Method: Colofimetric method was used to detect the content of total flavonid content. Results: Total flavonid content of Cuscuta chinensis Lam. in Shandong Province is 1.18%- 2.32%. The flavonid content of C.austrcdis R.Br.is 0,84%-1,64%, The content of total flavonid is related to the hosts. With the fiping of seed, total flavonid contents increase gradually. Conclusion: The contents of total flavonid in C. chinensis Lam. is higher than that in C, australis R.Br,, Glycine max (L.) Merr., Scutelliaria baicalensis Georgi, Lespedeza davurica (Laxm,) Schindl. and Phaseolus radiatus L, are all good hosts for C. chinerasls Lam. and C. austrcdis R, Br..
