山东省公共历史文化资源综合研究论纲

公共历史文化资源是本文提出的一个新概念,其一般的指涉范围已比较清晰。山东是公共历史文化资源大省,类型众多,丰富多彩。对山东省公共历史文化资源进行综合研究主要应着眼于山东省公共历史文化资源的类型研究、山东省公共历史文化资源的调查与民间非物质文化遗产的抢救及保护研究、山东省公共历史文化资源的可持续性发展及利用开发研究、山东省公共历史文化资源与文化产业研究等方面。这些方面的研究对于落实党中央、国务院和山东省委、省政府的一系列重要战略部署,加快山东省的政治、经济、文化建设,提升山东省在国际上的综合影响力和竞争力,将产生积极的推动作用。

The proposition of public resources of history and culture is a new conception presented in this text.Its general field is of clarity.Shandong is a big province rich in different types of public resources of history and culture.So the researches should be exerted on its types,investigation,protection and rescue of private non-material cultural heritage,its sustainable development and how to use,Shandong public resources of history and culture and cultural industry,etc.Researches in these fields will give an impetus to the implementation of a series of strategies made by the Party Central Committee,the State Council and Shandong Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government,to accelerate the political,economic and cultural construction in Shandong province,to promote its combined effects and international competitiveness.
