不对称铺层复合材料变形规律的实验研究 被引量:12

摘要 为了充分发挥复合材料的可设计性和减重作用,近年来不对称铺层复合材料受到了越来越多的关注。本文对铺层顺序、构件尺寸、构件厚度和固化温度等因素对不对称铺层复合材料的变形规律进行了实验研究。结果表明,铺层顺序、构件厚度和固化温度对不对称铺层复合材料的变形有显著影响,而构件尺寸对变形曲率影响较小。 Owing to the advantages of designability and weight reduction, the unsymmetric composite has got more and more concerns in recent years. This paper deals with the warpage rule of unsymmetric composite laminates. The factors such as the stacking sequence, geometry and thickness of the laminates and curing temperature on the warpage are studied experimentally. The results show that the stacking sequence, thickness of the laminates and curing temperature have great influence on the warpage, while the geometry of the laminates has little influence on the warpage curvature.
