用于发泡成型的聚丙烯改性研究 被引量:2

摘要 选用低密度聚乙烯和聚异丁烯作为改性剂,用Brabender熔融共混的方式对聚丙烯(PP)挤出发泡进行了系统的研究,分析了发泡PP配方中各种成分及挤出工艺条件对发泡材料密度、表现质量及性能的影响。结果表明: PP/LDPE共混体系的发泡倍率较高,发泡片材表面光滑,气孔细密,具有较好的综合性能。 Extruded polypropylene(PP) foam with LDPE and polyisobutylene were studied systematically by melt blending with brabender. Effects of various ingredients in the formulation and extrusion conditions on density, appearance and properties of foamed polypropylene were analysed. The results showed that PP/LDPE has high-ratio of foaming , the surface of foamed sheet was smooth and has good overall properties.
