摘要
解决女大学生就业难问题已成为大学生就业工作的难点,其中有社会、用人单位、学校、女生个人等多方面的原因。要解决这一问题,从社会和政府层面必须真正落实男女平等的相关政策,改革职工产休假制度;在高校层面应注重女大学生综合素质的提高,加大女生就业指导的针对性;而女大学生也应对就业有一个正确的理性认识。
To solve the problem of employment difficulty facing the female students has become a difficult point of graduate employment work. There are various reasons such as society, employing unit and individual female student. In order to solve the problem, on the one hand the society and the government must not only implement the policy related to the equality of men and women but also reform the maternity leave system. On the other hand, colleges and universities should lay stress on increasing their comprehensive quality, and strengthening the employment guidance of the female students. As for the female students, they should have a rational knowledge of employment.
