摘要
提出了几种消声与净化装置的设计方案,如喷射对流消声、螺旋消声器等;该设计利用喷射对流消声原理和催化转化原理相结合,对一种方案进行了具体的设计,包括其工作原理、尺寸参数、性能参数和某些零件的加工制造工艺。
The paper gives the constitution of the tail gas exhausted by automobile, and the defaults caused by it as well. And then, it emphasizes on the purring and muffing mechanism, and several means are provided, especially the effect of catalyst. As far as muffing is concerned, it includes resistant and blocking and their combination. And purifier includes thermal reactor, auxiliary air injection, grain filter, container for catalytic conversion and so on. Based on what was given before, primarily the combination of the principle of injection-convection and catalytic conversion method, one new sample is design concretely and systematically.
