摘要
文章阐述了我国文献资源保障体系的目标与构建原则，提出了我国文献资源保障体系三级网络结构模式的构想。
After discussing the goal and constituent principle on guarantee system of documentary resource in China,the author puts forword a tentative idea of a three-level net structure model on guarantee system of documentary resource with a feasible analysis.
