红花提取物对高脂血症大鼠降脂和抗氧化的实验研究 被引量:63

摘要 目的采用大鼠高脂血症模型观察红花提取物降血脂、抗氧化及对血液流变学指标的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养大鼠造成高脂血症模型,口服给药一个月后,腹主动脉采血,分别用非抗凝血和抗凝血测定TG,TC,LDL,全血黏度,血浆黏度,红细胞压积,血清MDA,SOD和NO。结果红花水提物明显降低高脂血症大鼠TC,TG,LDL-C;醇提物降低TC;两种提取物均降低高脂血症大鼠血浆黏度及MDA含量;醇提物使SOD活性升高。结论红花提取物对高脂血症大鼠具有一定的降脂作用,降低血浆黏度,同时提高机体抗氧化能力。 Objective: To observe the effects of extract from Carthamus tinctorius L on regulation of lipid metabolism, hemorheological indexes, antioxidation in rat with hyperlipidemia. Methods: Using hyperlipidemia animal model replicated by hyperlipidemia forage,TC, TG, HDL, LDL, hemorheological indexes, levels of MDA, SOD, NO were assayed. Results:The levels of TG, TC, LDL-C in all groups treated with the water extract of Carthamus tinctorius L. were significantly reduced. The alcohol extract of Carthamus tinctorius L. showed a decreased action for TC and increased one for SOD activity; For the two extracts, the decreased plasma viscosity and content of MDA were found. Conclusions: The extract of Carthamus tinctorius L. regulated the lipid metabolism, improved hemorheological indexes, increased the activity of scavenging free radicals in rat with hyperlipidemia.
