摘要
采用高效液相色谱法分析南昆山白毛茶嘌呤类生物碱成分。以市售5个普通茶叶为对照样,在SpherisorbC18柱上,甲醇-水(10∶90)为流动相,柱温40℃,检测波长230nm,在12min内可全部出峰。检出限为pg/L级,回收率98.24%~108.42%。结果表明,南昆山白毛茶的HPLC图谱具有特殊性,其生物碱成分结构异于普通茶叶,含有丰富的可可碱,高达3.13%~4.76%,比普通对照样高出11.8倍~15.3倍。
Analyse composition of purine type Alkaloid in Baimao Tea from Nankun mountain by using HPLC. With five sorts of common tea from market as comparison, determination of these analyse can be aeeomphshed within 12 min by using Spherisorb C18 eolumn at 40 ℃,methanol-H2O (10: 90) as the mobile phase, followed with DAD detection at 230 nm. The detection limit is of pg/L level and 98.24 % - 108.42 % recoveries were obtained. Show result: HPLC Chromatography of Nankun mountain Baimao tea have particularity, its alkaloid kind and content structural are more different than ordinary tea, it contains plenty of the heobromine, content range 3.13 % - 4.76 %,it is 11.8 - 15.3 times higher than CK.
