国内外排液采气方法应用效果分析 被引量:33

摘要 气藏中液体的存在,将影响气井的流动特性。针对井筒积液问题,目前已经发展了小油管排液采气、泡排、气举等一些常规排液采气工艺。如,加速管、毛细管管柱等非常规排液采气工艺,应用于气藏开采,改善了井底状况。文中从几种方法的排液原理出发,阐述了国内外应用的几种方法的适用条件,逐一评价其优点与不足,并对方法进行了综合比较,最后引入现场实例进行论证。 The gas flowing property in gas wells will be influenced as liquid loading exists. Aiming at the problem of liquid loading in the hole, we have applied some conventional techniques of gas recovery by liquid unloading , such as gas recovery by liquid unloading with small tubing, foam and gas lift etc. Simultaneously we have developed some special techniques of gas recovery by liquid unloading such as gas recovery by liquid unloading with velocity string, capillary string etc., which are applied to gas reservoir exploiting to improve the conditions of the bottom hole. According to the principles of the techniques, the applicable conditions of the techniques at home and abroad are explained, the advantages and disadvantages of the techniques are analyzed, and the techniques are compared comprehensively. At last, with the real cases, the results are demonstrated.
