社会责任心研究述评

A review of the studies on social responsibility

社会责任心是个体积极主动地履行社会道德职责和义务的个性心理品质。国外学者已对社会责任心的概念、结构及影响因素等问题做了一些研究,并开发出了一批社会责任心的测量工具。我国社会责任心研究应在建立中国化的社会责任心内涵的基础上,确立具有本土化的社会责任心的结构模型、测量问卷以及培养策略。

Social responsibility is a psychological trait of the individual initiatives in social moral responsibility and obligation. With the global researches done on the concept, structure and influencing elements, and the instruments, Chinese scholars ought to center on Chinese culture, establishing peculiar models of concerned studies.
