摘要
目的观察手工搅拌与真空机械搅拌两种工艺对超硬石膏抗压强度的影响。方法参照ISO06873《牙科石膏产品》标准,用手工和真空机械两种搅拌方式各制取长40(±0.4)mm、直径20(±0.2)mm的试件10件,用Zwick/RoellZ050抗压强度试验机测试其抗压强度,所得数据进行统计分析。结果两种搅拌方式制取的超硬石膏试件,抗压强度方面表现出了明显的不同(P<0.01)。从数据上可以看出,真空搅拌方式制取的石膏试件抗压强度高。结论用真空机械搅拌方式调拌超硬石膏可以提高石膏模型的抗压强度,并可以保证其抗压强度性能的稳定。
Objective To compare the different influence to the compressive strength of super hard gypsum between two mix techniques. Method According to the standard for dental gypsum products (ISO6873), 10 samples were made by manual work and another 10 by vacuum mechanical mix,all the samples axe 20 (±0.2)mm in diameter and 40 (±0.4)mm in length. The compressive strength was tested by a compressive strength testing machine——Zwick/Roell Z050. The data were analyzed with analysis of variance. Result Samples made by two different mix techniques showed significant differences in their compressive strength (P 〈 0.01). The data shows the samples mixed by vacuum blender have the higher compressive strength. Conclusion Vacuum mechanical mix technique improves the compressive strength of gypsum models, and ensures the stability of their properties of compressive stength.
