眼外伤异常电生理临床分析(附100例报告)

Clinical analysis of 100 ingured eyes with abnormal electrooculogram.

具有异常电生理改变的100例单眼外伤中,14眼仅VEP PT延长,显示黄斑、黄斑旁或视神经的钝伤,由FFA及视野加以证实.10眼VEP PT延长,PA下降或消失者显示黄班或视神经挫伤严重,可合并颅脑伤,视力严重下降或无光感.38例同时伴有FERGb波下降,显示损伤广泛而严重,可有眼球破裂、视网膜玻璃体及前房的出血,晶体混浊等.10眼VEP ERG波形全消失,则为眼球严重挫伤及伤后感染、眼球萎缩.28眼仅有FERGb波异常,则显示损伤不在中心区.

Of 100 injured eyes with abnormal electrooculo-gram 14 eyes with only delaying latency VEP PTwave were showed with blunt injury in macula, paramacula or optic nerve,and confirmed by FFA and perimetry. Ten eyes with delaying letency of VEP PT wave and decreasing VEP PA were showed severe damages of macula and optic nerve, or/and cranio-cerebral injury, vision severe dereased or to no light perception. Thirty-eight eyes with decreasing F ERG b wave and VEP PA and delaying letency VEP PTwave were showed severe injuries, such as eye rupture, vitreous bleeding, and opacity of vitreous and lens, hyphema etc. Ten eyes with all waves disappearing of VEP and ERG were showed with more.severe eye injuries,complicating endophthalmitis or eyeball atrophy. Twenty -eight eyes with only decreasing of F ERG b wave were showed with mainly damage out of macula.
