脱羟胺型有机硅密封胶的研制 被引量:5

摘要 以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107硅橡胶)和填料为原料,配合自制的羟胺型交联剂,制得脱羟胺型单组分室温硫化有机硅密封胶。研究了107硅橡胶的粘度、填料种类及用量、交联剂用量对有机硅密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,选择粘度为10000mPa·s的107硅橡胶作基胶,当107硅橡胶的用量为100份、纳米碳酸钙和气相法白炭黑的用量分别为60份和5份、交联剂的用量为8份时,有机硅密封胶的综合性能较好,储存期有3个月。此密封胶的特点是不用催化剂,对玻璃、铝材具有良好的粘接性。 One-component dehydroxylamine silicone sealant was prepared with α,ω-dihydroxyl ploydimethyl siloxane, fillers and self-made dehydroxylamine crosslinking agent. The effects of viscosity of 107 silicone rubber, types and content of fillers, and the content of crosslinking agent on the property of silicone sealant were studied. The result showed that 107 silicone rubber with viscosity of 10 000 mPa·s as basic gel, when 107 silicone rubber was 100 parts, the nanometer calcium carbonate and fumed silica was 60 parts and 5 parts respectively; the content of crosslinking agent was 8 parts, the sealant had good performance and could storage in three months. The sealant characterized for its good adhesion to glass and aluminum without catalyst.
